Welcome to IdeaThreader Pro. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, connecting social media platforms, or using IdeaThreader Pro in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use IdeaThreader Pro.

2. Description of Service

IdeaThreader Pro is an AI-powered social media content creation and management tool that helps users:

• Generate threaded content for social media platforms
• Connect and manage multiple social media accounts (Twitter/X, Threads, Bluesky)
• Create and maintain client profiles for brand-consistent content
• Schedule and analyze social media posts
• Utilize AI assistance for content ideation and optimization

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use IdeaThreader Pro
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating client profiles
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use IdeaThreader Pro to:

• Create content that violates any law or regulation
• Generate spam, misleading information, or malicious content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, or harm other individuals or groups
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the application
• Use the service for any automated or bulk posting that violates platform policies
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

5. Social Media Platform Integration

When connecting social media accounts:

• You grant IdeaThreader Pro permission to access your accounts via OAuth
• You remain solely responsible for content posted to your social media accounts
• You must comply with each platform's Terms of Service (Twitter/X, Threads, Bluesky)
• We are not responsible for actions taken by social media platforms, including account suspensions
• You can revoke access at any time through the Settings page

6. AI-Generated Content

Regarding AI-assisted content creation:

• AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and assistance only
• You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before posting
• We do not guarantee accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content
• You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us rights to process it through our AI providers
• We use third-party AI services (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic) subject to their terms

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

• You retain all rights to content you create using IdeaThreader Pro
• You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content to provide the service
• You represent that you have rights to all content you input or generate

Our Property

• IdeaThreader Pro, its code, design, and features are owned by Glen E. Grant Creative
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
• All trademarks, logos, and brand elements remain our property

8. Fees and Payment

IdeaThreader Pro may offer both free and paid tiers:

• Free tier access is provided "as-is" with no guarantee of availability
• Paid subscriptions, if applicable, are billed according to selected plan
• You are responsible for any charges incurred through third-party AI providers for API usage
• Refund policies will be clearly stated at time of purchase

9. Third-Party Services and APIs

IdeaThreader Pro integrates with third-party services:

• Twitter/X API, Meta Threads API, Bluesky AT Protocol
• Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic AI services
• Cloudflare infrastructure services

We are not responsible for availability, changes, or termination of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of IdeaThreader Pro is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy
• You can export and delete your data at any time
• We implement security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security
• You are responsible for backing up your important content

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

SERVICE PROVIDED "AS-IS": IdeaThreader Pro is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS: We do not guarantee that using IdeaThreader Pro will increase engagement, followers, or any specific social media metrics.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glen E. Grant Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use IdeaThreader Pro
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar that may be transmitted through the service by any third party
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted via the service

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glen E. Grant Creative, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of IdeaThreader Pro
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including any intellectual property or privacy rights
• Content you post or generate using the service

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to IdeaThreader Pro at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for any reason including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the service or other users
• At our sole discretion

Upon termination:

• Your right to use IdeaThreader Pro immediately ceases
• You may request export of your data within 30 days
• We may delete your data after 30 days

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of IdeaThreader Pro after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario
• You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Glen E. Grant Creative regarding IdeaThreader Pro and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
